Order Cancellation Policy

E-mail cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and e-mail address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted and received prior to charging or shipping, and your order was charged or shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as being received after the order was shipped, no refund will be made.

Return/Exchange/Refund Policy

Once a product has been charged, or a service has been charged and/or rendered, no refunds will be provided.

Should you receive a product that is damaged, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee. Please email with an explanation of the damage along with an accompanying photo (if possible), and we will contact you within 5 business days with instructions to return the damaged item and receive your choice of a refund of the product cost—including shipping—or a direct exchange of the item you initially purchased. T-Shirts can only be replaced if damaged. Size exchanges can not be accommodated.

Shipping Policies

All items are mailed via USPS, and normal delivery time is 3- 5 days—sometimes sooner—depending on where you live. International orders are shipped via USPS Worldwide Priority and can take between 2 to 4 weeks, depending on location.
